Quantum Healing Meditation
Hello.
Today we’re going to be doing a quantum field meditation - one that will help us cleanse ourselves of any fear, anxiety, and also bring - and affirm, wellness in our bodies. The music that I’m using is 852 hertz.
Let go of fear, overthinking, and worries to cleanse the destructive energy and awakening intuition.
I just invite you to get comfortable to a place where you can relax. Close your eyes and just listen as I affirm The Grace Prayer.
For thee, I thirst.
Into thy hands, I commit my spirit, my soul, my body,
My life, this problem, all unforgiven states.
Thy will is my will.
Thy will be done through me.
Heal me at depth.
Reveal that which needs to be revealed.
Heal that which needs to be healed
So that I can glorify you, God
And live in the fullness of your grace.
It is finished.
If you are faced with the need for healing - body or mind, let these words bring you faith, strength, and assurance. This meditation that we are about to go through is a powerful one, bringing healing and strength and love to every part of your life. We will start with the body temple.
So I just invite you to take a deep breath in - all the way down to your stomach and fill it up and then exhale any anxiety, fear, worries. Just release them and as we release them we see the etheric fire in the middle of the room - purple and light - and those worries and all the things that no longer serve us will go into it and when we’re done after they’re transmuted into love and we’re recalibrating our new self, they will flow back into us with their full healing power.
So let’s take another deep breath in and say, “God is…” as we fill up all the way down into our stomach and on the exhalation, we say, “... I am love.”
“God is... I am love.”
“God is… I am.”
“God is… I am.”
And we know that as an expression of God you’re made perfect in every way and sometimes we forget that.
As a child of God, you are perfect and amazing.
As a child of God, you are perfect and amazing.
Just imagine that you are sitting alone and you’re about to make the first contact with the piece of God that lives inside of you and if you’ve already been making this contact then just reacquaint yourself with your friend now.
It doesn’t matter how old you are, how young you are, what color your skin is, what your sexual preference is. None of those things matter because you are a magnificent creation of God.
And as you make contact with this part of your body, this part of you - your higher self, you feel that love wash over you and every cell of your body, throughout your beingness in that space between the space that we call the quantum field.
Just take a moment and breathe into it, feeling that love.
Jesus said the kingdom of heaven is not a place, it is within, and that’s where your connection is. In Genesis, it’s stated that God created us in his image and likeness. So we are made in the image and likeness of God and God is not made in our image and likeness with our human attributes - it’s so much bigger than that.
So let’s take a moment now and look to see if there’s anything blocking this kingdom of heaven within. It may be impacting your health or your life or your love.
So I invite you to spend a moment now in forgiveness, forgiving others for what you may have perceived as a wrong done to you or somebody else.
We know that every person is a perfect child of God. We may have forgotten their oneness with God for a time. So let’s just see them for who they really are, a child of God, the spark of the divine and release any unforgiveness, or anger, resentment that you may have. Releasing that energy into the flame where it will be transmuted into love.
Let’s take the next step now: Self Forgiveness. When we don’t forgive ourselves, it often shows up in our body as disease, pain, blockages. I just invite you to release that right now in a very gentle way. We never pull, or tug, or do anything in a violent way - just gently release anything that is keeping you from seeing who you truly are.
Know that you did your best in every situation with what you had to work with and just let it go into the flame of truth and love to transmute it.
And as you let any issues go, you begin to realize and feel the presence of the God-part that lives inside of you - your higher self. It’s always been there, waiting to work with you.
Walk up to it.
Feel it.
Love it.
And as you realize that you are looking at a piece of God: it’s you. You can see your eternalness is every cell of your body. We are eternal beings. We cannot die and are meant to live with the fullness of God at all times.
As you start to communicate with your higher self, you realize, you feel, and see, and sense that whole picture - that oneness that it’s hooked into your body’s cellular structure just waiting to hear from you. Your cells are listening and your higher self and those cells are listening to you right now. We have free will so we have to take that step to talk to our cells and as you do you immediately know that they’ve been waiting and listening and are always there for you.
You may feel the chills for a second as this contact is made - this awareness of it, and you might say, “Hello.
We know each other and I love you.
I’m sorry it took so long for me to figure out.
I want you to go into the processes that you know about and I don’t and have them come together to create health in my body for it’s become a longlasting human being in this human experience I’m having and please talk to me in whatever ways you can so that I can recognize the messages.
I want to become one with you in my awareness for the rest of my life.
If there is any imbalance or anything inappropriate in my body I want it to go away gently through time and appropriate action.
I realize that I may have habits that are killing my physical body and I want them to change.
I want to love myself, forgive myself, and treat myself as I would treat any dear friend or relative that I love.
I realize that I may have a bad height-to-weight ratio and Dear cellular structure, I want my metabolize to echo my magnificence. Help me to be the right size for the greatest health.
I give you permission to change what is needed, to open my Akashic records of my ancestors, and remembrance of who they are, and for the information that they know.
Help me to change my diet preferences if I need to and let the body crave what it needs and not what I want it to need.
And I ask to go to a place of balance, divinity, where we can walk together every day in full awareness of our oneness.
I’m not going to end this communication with you because I never want it to end, I just want it to increase in my awareness so I can have the fullest life possible: great experiences in the body temple and great experiences in all my relationships, in prosperity, become a vessel of joy and peace as I understand that I am made from the substance of love as we all are and that we are all one.”
And that I feel as this cellular rejuvenation is going on, the death hormone is being turned off, and my body temple becomes youthful and stays that way and healthy because as I travel as a spiritual being having my human experience, the body temple is important to have that experience.
Let us take a few moments to go into the silence as we feel the recalibration of our body temples as all of the things that we are releasing are transmuted back into love where it assimilates in this new body cell structure that we have in the silence.
You may notice in the upcoming weeks that you don’t have to tell your body any specifics because your higher self has been waiting for this contact and it knows exactly what to do. We’ve asked for balance and the innate knows what to do.
This part of ourself may reach out into our Akashic records for the right habits, make the changes we need, in our past - which is everything is in the now, lies the right answers to any unhealthy habits or addictions.
Once we affirm and set our intent with our higher self like we did today, it goes into motion immediately. And some may start to change immediately and others it may happen over time, but everything is in now, so it’s perfect in divine truth.
How does it make you feel, Old Soul, to know that you have a friend inside to the extent that you can put years and years onto your life? And this is all appropriate because you are meant to be healthy, and prosperous in every way, and loved while you are here and this information is being given to you because it’s time for you to embrace it.
You are here by divine appointment.
And so it is.
